At AO Globe Life, every Business Builder holds two contracts at the same time: a Producer contract and a Leadership contract. Your Producer contract rewards your personal sales. Your Leadership contract rewards you for helping your team reach their goals. It builds passive income and puts you on the Path to Partner with AO.
As a Business Builder with Team Paz, you coach people and develop talent. You love building teams and bringing out the best in others. You know how to use systems and people to grow revenue and profit, and you know your most important asset is people.

Team Paz is building across Canada and the United States. Wherever you live, you can build your business from your home province or state and grow a team of licensed Producers wherever you and your team hold a licence.
Your Role: 6 Key Result Areas
As a Business Builder, you will learn and manage six key result areas of the business:
- Recruiting and Talent Acquisition: attract and interview new Producers using the AO Interview Hub
- Licensing and Pipeline Management: guide new recruits through licensing (the LLQP and provincial licences in Canada, or state licences in the US), with support from the AO Licensing Concierge Team
- New Producer Training and Development: onboard your team through AO 321 Training and HP PRO
- Weekly Sales Production and Quota Achievement: drive Net ALP (Annualized Life Premium) for yourself and your team, serving families across North America
- Leadership Development for Organic Growth: develop your own leaders and help them “Get Your 5”
- Quality Control and Retention: protect the quality of new business and keep existing in-force business on the books
You will hire your own team and get a proven blueprint for building a multi-million-dollar organization.
The Producer Pathway
Your Producer contract starts at 50% and can grow to 80% as you build service time and sales. Sales thresholds are in the currency of your country of residence: CAD for Canadian residents and USD for US residents.

| 75% | 5 years of continuous service, $600,000 Net Sales over the last 5 years, and $75,000 Net Sales in the past 12 months |
| 77.5% | 10 years of continuous service, $650,000 Net Sales over the last 5 years, and $130,000 Net Sales in the past 12 months |
| 80% | 10 years of continuous service, $750,000 Net Sales over the last 5 years, and $150,000 Net Sales in the past 12 months |

AO’s compensation model shows what each leadership contract can earn at full build-out. These figures are illustrative and based on each Producer making 10 sales per month.

AO’s 2026 World’s Greatest Bonus also pays a monthly production bonus of 10% to 38% on top of commissions, depending on your monthly Net ALP tier.
