Paz Organization is an independently owned and operated business selling AIL Insurance policies. AIL (American Income Life) was founded in 1951 by Bernard Rapoport with only $25,000 of borrowed capital and grew to become a multimillion dollar firm. In 1994 AIL was acquired by Globe Life Inc (Torchmark Corporation back then) for just over $560 Million Dollars at this Bernard retired as Founder of AIL and dedicated the rest of his life to philanthropy through his foundation.

Byron Alejandro Paz (Alex) began his career with American Income Life in February 2003. In December 2013, he founded the agency that would become Paz Organization, starting in a modest 8-by-10-foot office with two folding chairs and a desk.
His vision was simple: build a business where helping families and developing people went hand in hand.
The agency earned recognition as AIL’s top rookie agency in 2014 and grew to 30 associates within its first three years. In 2017, it ranked second worldwide in performance factor growth across AIL, followed by Alex’s appointment to the AIL Executive Council in 2018.
Over the years, the organization served more than 25,000 policyholders across Ontario, building a legacy of protection, service, and leadership.
In August 2026, Paz Organization entered a new chapter with AO Globe Life. Today, as AO Globe Life Team Paz, Alex is drawing on more than two decades of experience while embracing the humility, discipline, and hands-on work that every new beginning requires.
Our vision is to build a team known for integrity, exceptional client service, and developing leaders. Through AO’s training, resources, and support, we are creating opportunities for ambitious people to grow while helping more families secure the protection they need.
